Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying different areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

More materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
